Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior Quality Engineering leader to drive GenAI-enabled testing across the software lifecycle. You will build scalable automation frameworks, guide data-driven test design, and oversee governance for responsible AI practices in large-scale environments.

You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers, mentoring teams in model optimization, deployment, and safety, while defining roadmaps aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• 13–16 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, and Automation.

Responsibilities

• GenAI solution in STLC with automation code generation for UI/API tests and data mining.
• Design and implement automation framework and prompt engineering pipelines.
• Define Automation/GenAI adoption roadmap aligned with client goals and governance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders; mentor teams in GenAI best practices.
