Job summary

Rightsline Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Operations to lead the AI-DLC end-to-end, owning discovery through launch and building the governance for planning cycles. You will drive the product tool stack (Pendo, Jira, Confluence, Launch Notes, Claude) and partner with GTM to ensure successful commercial launches.

You will manage a Product Operations Manager, shape data foundations, and push AI-native workflows across a growing product portfolio in a remote US context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, product management, and/or launch management within B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record designing and implementing processes that improve cross-functional velocity.
• Proven experience implementing AI workflows in a product organization with agent tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-DLC discovery-to-launch playbooks as reusable artifacts.
• Design and evolve annual, mid-year, and quarterly planning cadences; manage ELT read-outs and commitments.
• Lead the product tool stack strategy (Pendo, Jira, Confluence, Launch Notes, Claude; pilot new AI-first tools).
• Coach and manage the Product Operations Manager; drive system design and strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with GTM and Revenue teams to ensure launches land commercially.
• Build and monitor adoption metrics, cadence governance, and data hygiene across pods.
