Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• 2+ years of deep industry expertise in at least one domain and ability to apply it to transformation methodology design.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing team members.
• 1+ year of building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work with ability to explain AI addresses business problems.

Responsibilities

• Define the process redesign standard for your industry or function and govern its application across engagements.
• Determine client facilitation approach: discovery workshop methodology and approval governance.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology applied by the team.
• Apply domain expertise and playbook methodology consistently across engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation activities and day-to-day relationship management.
• Approve final process designs before client delivery.
• Develop direct reports and coach on process redesign and senior leadership presentation.
• Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to ensure alignment of design and platform work.
• Embed AI Design into team delivery standards across engagements.
