Job summary

KLDiscovery, a global leader in eDiscovery and information governance, seeks a Senior Manager, Pricing & Deal Desk to own pricing, deal structure, and governance across services, SaaS, and hybrid offerings. This AI-native role sits at the intersection of FP&A, Revenue Ops, Sales and ELT, and ensures deal integrity from quote to close.

You will design workflows, run the Pricing Council, and build AI-assisted pricing tools and models.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in pricing, deal desk, revenue operations
• Experience running governance: designing approval workflows and cross-functional forums
• Proficiency with AI-assisted analytics tools to build and scale pricing models
• Experience supporting complex B2B deals: services, SaaS, or legal tech

Responsibilities

• Own gatekeeping for non-standard pricing and complex deals
• Design and enforce approval workflows and escalation tiers
• Maintain pricing policy and guardrails across the portfolio
• Build and validate AI-assisted pricing models and tooling
• Own data hygiene in SFDC/CPQ and pricing reporting across segments
