Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Search & AI Marketing to lead enterprise Paid Search and AI-driven discovery initiatives. You will partner with Marketing Leadership, Retail Media, Digital leadership, and agencies to drive growth, optimize investments, and deliver measurable ROI across traditional search, AI-enabled discovery, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years marketing experience; OR, a High School/GED and at least 7 years of marketing/advertising experience.
• Experience with collecting, collating and analyzing information about markets and market needs.
• At least 2 years of cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience with project management (planning, organizing, managing resources).
• Experience with Marketing Strategy development.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions.
• At least 2 years of direct leadership or cross-functional leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 15% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Marketing Director to determine and implement strategy.
• Develop approaches, processes, and tools with management to elevate the marketing group.
• Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities aligned with objectives; provide support across the organization.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop strategies and communicate ideas to director.
• Deliver presentations and reports on marketing trends, competition, products, pricing.
• Work with external vendors and third parties to build positive relationships.
• Provide Marketing solutions to address key business capabilities.
