Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to help clients navigate AI-enabled transformations across talent, HR, and organizational change. You will design change programs, leverage GenAI insights, and collaborate with client teams to ensure adoption, governance, and measurable impact.

Travel may be required. Minimum 2 years OCM experience, 1 year consulting, GenAI exposure preferred, and a Bachelor's degree with substantial work experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in environments shaped by data, automation, and GenAI.
• Design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in contexts where ways of working, roles, and skills are evolving rapidly alongside advances in technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use while reinforcing clear human accountability and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions and course correction.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working, including operating models where humans and digital tools work together seamlessly.
• Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys that can be scaled through digital and AI-enabled approaches.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities so they can continuously adapt as technologies, business models and ways of working evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and building trusted client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
