Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs. You will guide manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, plant performance, and digital manufacturing initiatives, leveraging AI, data platforms, and IT/OT integration to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, navigate risk and governance, and collaborate with account teams to shape extensions and value realization for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, business or related discipline.
• No less than 5–7 years of relevant experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, industrial data and AI, technology consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation, solution development, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs, from mobilization to value realization.
• Own senior client relationships, establish delivery governance, align stakeholders and communicate status.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into executable work plans, designs, data products, and adoption plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing operations, product management, data engineering, AI, and IT/OT integration.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and contractual commitments with disciplined delivery.
