Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs that blend manufacturing expertise with data, AI, and industrial technology. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, and design through deployment, ensuring quality, risk management, and measurable outcomes.

You will manage cross-disciplinary teams, own client relationships, and drive value realization across production performance, asset productivity, and IT/OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems or business.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or AI-enabled transformation.
• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing initiatives and programs.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing transformation programs from design to value realization.
• Own senior client relationships and governance across projects.
• Translate priorities into executable design, data, AI, and integration work.
• Direct cross-functional teams in engineering, data, product, and IT/OT domains.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk with disciplined delivery.
• Drive adoption, measurement, and value realization for clients.
• Capture assets and lessons for reusable knowledge across engagements.
