Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in New York is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Services - Solution Engineering and Technology Consulting. You will lead large engineering teams, drive AI-first initiatives, and own multi-pod delivery from discovery to production.

You will partner with executives on strategic technology investments, governance, and modernizing core platforms with secure, scalable solutions. Strong consulting experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong engineering judgment and ability to lead multiple teams.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions from discovery to production.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple pods (15–25+ engineers) across client solutions and core platforms.
• Advise executives on AI-enabled solutions and technology investments.
• Direct multi-year architecture roadmap and API lifecycle governance.
• Shape opportunities with proposals, RFPs, and client demos.
• Own delivery across pods including scope, quality, and timelines.
