Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Senior Manager for Content Expansion and Development to steer the North America Analytical content portfolio and Lexis+ Protégé foundational content. You will lead a team of contributors, champion AI-assisted content workflows, and guide acquisitions, ensuring timely, high-quality editorial outputs for the US and Canada.

You will partner with Product, Content Strategy, and Segment teams to align with market needs, supervise budget, and mentor

Qualifications

• JD required.
• 4–8 years of experience in legal tech, digital content development, or legal knowledge management.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with AI-enabled tools for editorial workflows.
• Ability to manage third-party relationships and governance.
• Experience with large data sets and data visualization (Tableau, Excel).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled editorial and content development initiatives; integrate AI tools while maintaining human oversight.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows and ensure ethical and copyright-compliant use.
• Coach editors/authors on prompts, skills crafting, and AI workflow improvements.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities; guide portfolio expansion.
• Monitor revenue, usage data, and analytics to drive improvements; coordinate with product/marketing.
• Oversee content acquisitions, due diligence, integration planning, and contributor onboarding.
