Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Expansion and Development to drive a strategic roadmap for North America Analytical content and Lexis+ Protégé foundational content. You will lead a team of contributors while championing AI-assisted editorial workflows to accelerate production, quality, and currency.

This role partners with Product, Content Strategy, and Segment teams to ensure market-aligned content with ongoing acquisitions, budgeting, and governance.

Qualifications

• JD required with 4–8 years in legal tech, digital content development, or knowledge management.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: confidence with AI-enabled tools for legal research, drafting and editorial review.
• Proven ability to manage third-party relationships to meet business goals.
• Experience with large data sets and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Commercial mindset to translate market signals into content initiatives.
• Adaptable and collaborative; commits to deadlines and learns from setbacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of content contractors across LexisNexis Analytical content portfolio.
• Develop content quality review criteria and agentic solutions for evaluation.
• Maintain a comprehensive content maintenance and resourcing plan; drive editorial system adoption.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Content Strategy, and Segment teams to align with market needs.
• Support content acquisitions, due diligence, integration planning, and contributor relationships.
• Manage the content expansion budget and report on spending.
