Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a US Legal Editor, AI Content Updating to join the Global Analytical Editorial Operations team. You will curate and expand authoritative US legal analysis, partnering with authors and leveraging AI tools to ensure accuracy and currency.

You’ll apply editorial judgment to AI-generated outputs and contribute to testing and improving AI workflows while coordinating with authors for timely content updates across practice areas.

Qualifications

• Education – J.D. required.
• Strong editorial skills to edit complex legal analysis for clarity and consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI-enabled tools for legal research, drafting, and review.

Responsibilities

• Own author relationships and content updating with a focus on currency.
• Track legislative, regulatory, and case-law developments to keep content current.
• Use AI-enabled editorial workflows to evaluate, refine, and approve outputs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing to align with market needs.
