Qualifications

• Advanced degree strongly preferred in data science, CS, statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant data science or applied AI experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience, with team management responsibility.
• Ability to translate complex problems into executable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategic priorities for AI across the content lifecycle.
• Lead and develop a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Drive applied research with a clear path to production and measure business impact.
• Design scalable, production-grade AI systems and evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product leaders to integrate AI at scale.
