Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to lead the Secondary content portfolio, defining the roadmap for Treatises, Jurisprudence and Practical Guidance and the AI-powered features they support.

You will partner with technology, operations and segment teams to guide decisions using qualitative and quantitative customer insights, delivering solutions that maximize retrievability and grounding accuracy in AI-generated responses.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience, preferably in legal tech, content, or information services.
Experience with utilizing AI in product solutions.
Familiarity with content pipelines, metadata, ingestion, or retrieval systems in an AI or search context.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across technology, editorial, and segment teams.
Deep familiarity with secondary legal content types and evaluating AI-surfaced provisions for accuracy and attribution.
Proven track record as a full product owner, with roadmaps from concept through release.
Experience leading customer engagements and translating insights into product decisions with measurable impact.
Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.

Responsibilities

Own the Secondary content portfolio (Treatises, Jurisprudence, Practical Guidance), defining the roadmap for how it surfaces and performs across Protégé and AI-powered features.
Set customer-focused requirements across the content lifecycle (enrichment, metadata, ingestion, retrieval) to optimize AI performance, retrievability, and grounding accuracy.
Use data-driven insights to define use cases and success criteria for Secondary content and how it differentiates LexisNexis.
Diagnose and resolve retrieval gaps to ensure content surfaces in AI-powered features.
Partner cross-functionally with international business units, Global Operations, Technology, Product, SMEs and Segment teams to optimize content lifecycle and experiences.
