Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in content operations, project management, or product development.
• Extensive experience in news, business or entity content.
• Experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization.
• Proven ability to lead global cross-functional projects across locations/time zones.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs), NLP techniques, and machine learning applications.
• Excellent data analysis and metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to editorial and metadata workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-enabled content optimization at global scale.
• Review designs to ensure governance, quality, and standards.
