Job summary

Amgen in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Business Performance & Digital Enablement to translate global strategy into scalable digital operating models, leveraging AI and data capabilities across the AUEG program. You will partner with DTI, AI&D, MD&A and external partners to lead AUGment, drive governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.

This role requires strong business acumen, leadership, and a track record building scalable capabilities

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
• Masters degree and 6 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
• Associates degree and 10 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of business performance and digital enablement experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing resources

Responsibilities

• Translate AUEG Capability strategy and long-term roadmap into scalable operating models, business processes for enterprise execution with data-enabled solutions.
• Manage governance, performance measures, and operating standards that support execution via technology solutions.
• Partner with AUEG leadership to evolve capabilities and improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through people, processes, technology, and data.
• Translate priorities into technology-enabled business capabilities and ownership of AUGment platform.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of technology-enabled capabilities.
