Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Sr Manager of Business Performance & Digital Enablement to translate portfolio strategy into scalable operating models and data solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage governance, performance metrics, and adoption of the AUGment platform across global activities.

You will partner with DTI/AI & Data teams, drive AI/automation opportunities, and shape the data strategy with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's or bachelor's with extensive experience in business performance and digital enablement.
• Minimum 2 years directly managing people and/or leading teams/projects.
• Experience with governance, performance measures, and operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate Global AUEG portfolio strategy into scalable operating models and business processes.
• Lead cross-functional AUGment platform development and adoption, including governance and delivery.

Sr Manager Business Performance & Digital Enablement

What You Will Do

• Translate Global AUEG Portfolio Strategy, Governance, and Process into execution-ready, scalable digital operating models using technology including AI.
• Integrate and liaison between AUEG Capability and internal DTI, AI&Data teams, and external partners.
• Lead build/delivery of the cross-functional, matrixed AUEG technology platform (AUGment) to enable prioritization, governance, execution, and management of global/regional/local AUEG activities.
• Deliver the AUEG capability evolution enhancement roadmap and demonstrate realized impact.
• Strengthen organizational performance across a highly matrixed environment; drive adoption of technology-enabled capabilities and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Capability Development

• Translate AUEG strategy/roadmap into scalable operating models and business processes with CORE/FAIR data solutions.
• Manage governance, performance measures, and operating standards for consistent execution.
• Continuously evolve AUEG capabilities; drive improvement across people, processes, technology, and data.

AUGment Business Ownership & Digital Enablement

• Partner with DTI/AI&Data product managers and solution architects; serve as business owner.
• Oversee AUGment enhancement roadmap; lead requirements, process design, UAT, deployment, and adoption.
• Identify/lead AI, automation, and emerging tech opportunities.
• Oversee collaboration and knowledge management solutions.

Data Strategy & Business Insights

• Define AUEG data strategy/roadmap and reporting framework.
• Improve data quality/governance; establish KPIs and dashboards.
• Deliver portfolio insights; advance AI-ready data foundations.

Strategic Partnerships, Adoption & People Leadership

• Primary business partner to DTI and MD&A; build trusted partnerships.
• Translate needs into prioritized capabilities/roadmap/investments.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation.
• Lead matrixed team for operational support, reporting, platform administration, and services; coach and develop team.

What We Expect of You

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate + 2 years, OR Master’s + 6 years, OR Bachelor’s + 8 years, OR Associate’s + 10 years, OR High school/GED + 12 years of business performance and digital enablement experience.
• Plus minimum 2 years directly managing people and/or leading teams/projects/programs/resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare for business operations, digital/business capability enablement, technology implementation, or transformation.
• Experience as business/platform owner for enterprise tech platforms.
• Success evolving technology-enabled capabilities; integrate business/tech/data/AI for outcomes.
• Understanding of Medical Affairs, evidence generation, drug development, commercialization, healthcare ecosystem.
• Cross-functional leadership in matrixed organizations; manage budgets/vendors/partners.
• Knowledge of GxP, SOPs, regulatory requirements, validated processes.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of technology-enabled capabilities.
