Responsibilities

Build and lead the India-based Operations Transformation and Business Performance team with clear priorities and scalable ways of working
Translate transformation priorities into actionable programs that improve efficiency, agility, performance visibility and value realization
Advance AI, analytics, automation, and data-centric capabilities to improve decision-making and enable scalable business outcomes
Manage transformation programs and strategic priorities with governance and measurable adoption
Partner with OTDS, Operations, DTI, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across people, process, data, and technology
Establish metrics, dashboards, and value-tracking while driving change management and capability building
