Job summary
Amgen is seeking a Sr Manager Business Performance & Digital Enablement to translate global strategy into scalable digital operating models and governance across the AUEG organization. This role partners with Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI), Medical Data & Analytics (MD&A), and AI&D to drive the AUGment platform and impactful digital capabilities.

Qualifications
- Doctorate with 2+ years in business performance and digital enablement, or equivalent.
- Master’s with 6+ years of related experience, or Bachelor’s with 8+ years.
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience in teams or programs.
Responsibilities
- Translate portfolio strategy into scalable digital operating models.
- Lead AUGment platform and collaborate with DTI, AI&D, MD&A.
- Oversee requirements, design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech.
- Oversee cross-functional governance, reporting, and performance measures.
- Coach and develop matrixed teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality services.
