Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation for banking clients. You will translate strategic vision into programs modernizing product distribution across digital platforms and ecosystems.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and experience to surface products through digital channels, partner ecosystems, and AI-enabled environments. Strong FS expertise and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy within financial services.
Experience on digital transformation, customer experience, or platform initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, fintech ecosystems, and API-based integrations.
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, or emerging digital ecosystem trends.
Ability to lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead platform & ecosystem strategy delivery across banking products and partner ecosystems.
Define integration approaches using APIs and data feeds for scalable distribution.
Architect machine-readable data schemas for AI retrieval and reasoning models.
Set standards for agent communication protocols and AI-ready endpoints.
Oversee retrieval, indexation, and governance for structured data in multi-market contexts.
Manage client workshops, executive updates, and delivery excellence across large programs.
Collaborate with Accenture Song, Technology, and Strategy teams to shape capabilities.
