GardaWorld is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation to lead IT-driven modernization across enterprise operations. This role combines hands-on architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support of automation and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of designing, developing, implementing enterprise tech solutions.
• Experience building workflow automations, applications, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI or similar tech.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs, web services, SQL, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL.
• Experience with full SDLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and support automation solutions and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build scalable solutions using Power Platform, scripting, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop reusable automation components and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing applications and automation solutions.
• Produce maintainable code and documentation aligned with IT standards.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Azure AI and related tech.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and rapidly develop proof-of-concept solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready designs.
• Lead solution delivery from requirements through deployment and support.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with governance.
