Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation in Boca Raton to lead the design, development, and deployment of automation and AI-enabled solutions within the IT organization.

You will partner with stakeholders, architect scalable workflows, and drive modernization across enterprise systems while ensuring security and governance. Travel up to 25% may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience building workflow automations, business applications, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI, or comparable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support automation solutions and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build scalable solutions using Power Platform, scripting, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop reusable automation components and technical solutions for business operations.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automation solutions.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and technical documentation.
