Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation to join the Information Technology organization and lead the development of technology solutions that modernize and automate operations. This role requires hands-on leadership to design, develop, implement, and support AI-enabled automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 7+ years of designing, developing, and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Copilot, Azure AI or comparable technologies.
• Proficiency with SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support automation solutions, business applications, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, APIs, enterprise integrations, and other modern development technologies.
• Develop reusable automation components and technical solutions that improve business operations.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automation solutions.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and technical documentation aligned with IT standards.
• Lead solution delivery from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
