Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Manager, Application and Machine Learning Engineer for Fuelight within the Digital Product & Engineering organisation. You will lead design, development, and operation of scalable applications enabling investment optimization, scenario planning, and decision intelligence for global teams.

You will build ML capabilities, translate analytics into production products, and drive MLOps, AI explainability, and governance across markets and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or enterprise technology delivery experience.
• 4+ years of production ML/AI solutions experience.
• Cloud-native, data-intensive apps with scalable architectures.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to translate analytics into user-facing applications and products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Fuelight applications for investment optimization and scenario planning.
• Build and operationalize ML capabilities to support predictive modeling and optimization outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering to translate analytical models into production-grade products.
• Develop scalable architectures to support expansion across markets and partners.
• Create intuitive user experiences to interpret model outputs and drive decisions.
• Implement MLOps for deployment, monitoring, governance, and retraining.
• Develop AI-enabled features to boost productivity and insight generation.
• Integrate data products, forecasting, optimization engines, and business rules.
• Support explainable AI and model transparency initiatives for users.
