Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a seasoned Learning & Development professional to shape global training strategies for pharmaceutical staff. You will deliver agile learning projects, perform needs analyses, and design role-based pathways aligned to the WW Skills Framework.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pharma L&D, experience with AI-enabled content prototyping, and strong data analytics. This role collaborates across global teams and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s or PMP preferred.
• 3+ years learning & development in pharmaceutical industry (global program launch experience preferred).
• Training needs analysis; adult learning; learning design/development/execution/evaluation.
• Hands-on AI tools for learning content (authoring/generation/workflow automation).
• Data-literate; use learner analytics for continuous improvement.
• Agile/strategic mindset; manage multiple workstreams; strong communication/influencing; work effectively in global cross-matrix settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clearly scoped learning projects in an agile, project-based model; manage demand pipeline risks, capacity conflicts, and portfolio reporting.
• Conduct learning needs assessments using qualitative/quantitative research; identify skills gaps and define learning requirements.
• Design and deploy global, role-appropriate skills-based learning pathways (adult learning principles; global/local sustainability plans) aligned to WW Skills Framework.
• Lead/serve as LEAP Learning Partner: provide business requirements, SME nominations, design inputs, review cycles, and delivery readiness confirmations.
• Champion MyLearning/enterprise platforms; support integration of CASA-aligned AI tools, CRM platforms, and adaptive learning technologies; track adoption metrics.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders; ensure content accuracy and timely reviews; drive continuous improvement using Kirkpatrick (or equivalent) evaluation.
