Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience (11+ years) with expertise in workforce development, adult learning, and regulated industry standards

• proficiency in digital learning, instructional design, and process improvements

Preferred

• experience in biopharma, life sciences, regulated manufacturing, building educational partnerships, and workforce analytics
