Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Experience with AI foundation model frameworks and safety/governance tooling.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms and patterns (orchestration, memory integration).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models and LLM/SLM.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across business units.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical leadership while driving firmwide adoption of AI.
• Be the knowledge AI authority guiding opportunities and platform development.
• Contribute to Enterprise Architecture council to guide strategic initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of knowledge AI trends and architectures.
