Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and deployment of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across EY businesses and client engagements. You will balance hands‑on delivery with cross‑functional coordination to ensure compliant, scalable knowledge‑based AI adoption and integration.

You will mentor a team, drive foundation model utilization, and advance multi‑agent capabilities while maintaining strong governance and security practices across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and tools such as LLama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Act as player-coach contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Lead knowledge AI systems initiatives for customer opportunities and platform development.
