Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across foundation models and enterprise applications.

You will mentor a team, balance hands-on delivery with cross‑functional coordination, and drive knowledge-based AI adoption with robust governance, monitoring, and integration.

This role includes collaboration with security, product and data teams within a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance or compliance tech.
• Knowledge of AI foundation model frameworks and major platforms.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with agentic AI platforms and patterns.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of agentic AI systems.
• Oversee integration of model monitoring, security and compliance.
• Mentor a cross-functional team and coordinate firmwide AI adoption.
• Stay current on AI trends and model architectures.
• Participate in Enterprise Architecture council guidance.
• Translate insights into actionable AI strategies.
