EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI agentic systems across enterprise foundations. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional leadership, guiding knowledge-based AI adoption with robust compliance, monitoring, and integration practices.

You’ll mentor a team building advanced multi-agent capabilities for EY businesses and customers, shaping governance and architecture standards across the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (e.g., Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Familiarity with Agentic Patterns & Frameworks (Orchestration, Loop Engineering, Memory system integration).
• Familiarity with AI native development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks using foundation models, LLMs and SLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical work while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be the go-to authority for knowledge AI systems and their applications to customer opportunities.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives to success.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures for timely adoption.
