Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across foundation models, safety, and enterprise integration. This role balances hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination to drive knowledge-based AI adoption with robust compliance and monitoring.

The candidate will mentor a team building multi-agent capabilities for EY businesses and customers, collaborating across business, tech, and product domains in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and platforms.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models and LLM/SLM.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be expert in knowledge AI systems and applications to customer opportunities and internal platform development.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives to success.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
