Job description

Position Summary...

Walmart Connect's Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Team Lead. This seasoned sales executive will own the account strategy, execution, and revenue growth for advertisers in the Fashion space, while also leading and developing a team of salespeople, account managers, and campaign managers to scale their business.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing campaign results with operational partners and presenting customer insights and strategic marketing plans to CMO’s and Chief Sales Officers. They will be deeply familiar with their clients’ businesses, the Walmart ecosystem, and how to better serve customers. They will bring a solution-oriented mindset daily to build and grow world-class partnerships that deliver significant business growth for their clients and Walmart. The candidate should have experience managing and scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams. Extensive experience in selling or buying cross-network online marketing solutions and working within a matrix organization is essential. Strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity are also required.
