Director of Headhunting Services at Movement Search & Delivery
What You’ll Own
- Manage and optimize a $100K+/month paid media budget across Amazon Sponsored Ads & DSP, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Walmart Connect, and Meta.
- Own bid strategy, audience segmentation, pacing, and campaign hygiene—from setup through optimization.
- Run A/B experiments with ad copy, creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
- Align closely with Marketplace, Content, and Product teammates to sync on keyword strategies, promotions, and creative refreshes.
- Report weekly with performance context (ROAS, CAC, MER), translating insights into actions.
- Use tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud, GA4, and post-purchase surveys to understand attribution and guide spend allocation.
- Keep the team current on platform betas, algorithm changes, and best practices.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years running $100K+/month performance budgets with direct profit accountability.
- Proven track record growing brands on two or more of the following: Google Ads, Meta, Walmart Connect.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, Power Query).
- Strong grasp of ROAS, MER, LTV/CAC, incrementality, and statistical testing.
- Self-starter mindset—comfortable working independently in a lean, remote-first team.
- Clear, concise communicator and insight-driven decision maker.
- Google Ads or Amazon Ads certifications
- Experience setting up GA4 events
- Affiliate or influencer marketing exposure
- Creative testing know-how (especially briefing and iterating with design teams)
