ImageFIRST, the national linen rental and laundry service for healthcare, seeks a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable at its corporate office. You will supervise AP staff, administer Concur and PNC automation, and integrate new locations into AP processes.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate, timely processing, 1099 handling, vendor management, and driving process improvements across multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience, including management experience.
• Experience in a multi-site/multi-entity organization required.
• Experience with 1099 filing required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise AP staff and provide training to AP and field personnel.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in job assignments and procedures.
• Administrate the PNC AP workflow/invoice automation system and Concur T&E system.
• Process weekly Concur reports for ADP reimbursement and GL entry.
• Integrate newly acquired locations into the company’s AP process and provide training.
• Monitor AP invoice workflow for errors and bottlenecks.
• Review and approve weekly cash requirements and weekly check run.
• Maintain electronic vendor master file including new vendor setup and W9 verification.
• Post weekly AP journal entries and completes the monthly AP close.
• Review vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received and processed on timely basis.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and field locations.
