Golin Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager (Account Supervisor) to join our award-winning consumer team.

We refer to this role as a Cata-Connector, a fusion of our Catalyst and Connector.

A strategic account leader and trusted client partner who drives campaign execution and delivers outstanding results. You anticipate client needs, elevate service standards, and energize the team to exceed expectations. You are a seasoned PR expert passionate about brand storytelling, innovation, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

As a Connector, you are:

A media relations powerhouse who navigates the media landscape to shape stories that stand out. You proactively hunt for opportunities, create stories, and leverage cultural moments and trends to secure media coverage. You are smart, scrappy, and persistent in telling our clients' stories.

What You'll Do:
  • Immerse yourself in clients' business and communication strategies
  • Execute PR campaigns across earned and traditional media
  • Serve as a key day-to-day client contact
  • Provide strategic counsel and support to account leadership
  • Develop and implement strategic recommendations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Plan and execute consumer-facing events and partnerships
  • Generate new ideas and develop budgets
  • Assess problems and develop solutions quickly
  • Manage client budgets and vendor relationships
  • Drive organic and new business growth
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
What You Have:
  • 5-6+ years of relevant account management experience in PR
  • Experience managing timelines and budgets
  • Experience with large, multi-channel consumer brands
  • Background in food/nutrition, music, gaming, sports, or entertainment
  • Ability to develop strategic counsel and media plans
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of earned, social/digital, and paid media
  • Understanding of integrated campaign strategies
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Salary range: $70,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and market factors.
