Job summary

CVS Health in New York, NY seeks a senior Accessibility lead to align cross-functional teams around accessibility expectations across product, design, and engineering. You will embed inclusive practices throughout the product lifecycle and drive remediation, governance, and executive reporting.

You will influence senior leaders, define metrics, oversee defect remediation, and coach teams to build sustainable accessibility capability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in accessible product implementation, digital quality, product development, engineering, UX, QA, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and leadership teams.
• Advanced knowledge of WCAG, inclusive design, and accessibility testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Champion accessible experiences as a shared accountability and a core component of product quality.
• Influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders to be accountable for delivering accessible experiences.
• Partner with product, design, and development to integrate accessibility into the lifecycle.
• Define metrics, SLAs, and reporting for accessibility defect trends and progress.
• Oversee accessibility defect remediation plans with ownership and deadlines.
