Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to guide cybersecurity across acquisitions and divestitures. You will lead portfolio execution, resourcing, and governance, translating deal priorities into structured plans and reporting for timely decisions.

You'll partner with global teams, drive process standardization, and foster continuous improvement while ensuring secure outcomes across pre- and post-close transactions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related discipline.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating complex programs across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Lead resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk.
• Coordinate post-close workstreams and drive process standardization.
