Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead the information security risk management across acquisitions and divestitures. You will translate deal priorities into structured plans and drive portfolio execution with cross-functional teams worldwide.

You will partner with leadership across Legal, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and ISRM to mature playbooks, reporting, and governance, delivering secure transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases with portfolio-level reporting.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination to scale capabilities.
• Advance deal security initiatives through education, playbooks, and governance across transaction types.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Coordinate post-close integration workstreams and ensure timely delivery of plans and dependencies.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, templates, and handoffs to raise operational maturity.
• Capture lessons learned and drive improvements across ISRM teams and A&D partners.
• Collaborate across security, technology, legal, privacy, finance, corporate development and external providers.
