Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination.
• Advance deal security initiatives and education across teams.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risks.
• Coordinate post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, workflows, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Transaction teams for secure outcomes.
