Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, tech operations, program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate risk into actionable operating plans and governance routines.

Responsibilities

• A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases with timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Resource planning, onboarding, contractor coordination, and scaling the capability across a growing pipeline.
• Advance deal security initiatives, community of practice engagement, and deal-team education.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones.
• Lead or deputy lead for post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, templates, workflows, and Definition of Done criteria.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve reporting, workflows, and collaboration.
