Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead the cybersecurity integration portfolio across pre-close and post-close transactions. You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, coordinate with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, and business technology teams to ensure secure, timely outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity and program leadership, with strong executive communication and experience in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information security, CS, engineering, IS, or business.
8+ years of progressive cybersecurity, risk management, and program management experience.
Experience coordinating multi-workstream, cross-functional transformation projects.
Strong executive communication for senior stakeholders.
Certified in CISSP/CISM/CRISC/CISA or PMP preferred.
Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases with reporting.
Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and contractor management.
Develop and implement playbooks, workflows, and RACI models.
Provide guidance to teams and ensure repeatable, high-quality delivery.
Deliver executive-level portfolio status, risk, and dependency reporting.
Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Corporate Development to align cybersecurity with business goals.
Support post-close integrations and TSA execution.
