Job summary

Sandoval County seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee the SCRECC daily operations. You will coordinate staff, ensure efficient workflows, and provide expert administrative support to the 911 Communications Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and six years PSAP experience with two years supervisory/budgetary responsibility
  • Valid NM driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Public safety dispatch certifications or ability to obtain within a year
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily functions of SCRECC and supervise staff
  • Provide administrative support to the 911 Director and ensure compliance
  • Oversee budget development, procurement, and facilities needs
  • Develop SOPs, training curricula, and policy updates
  • Represent department at meetings and coordinate with external agencies
  • Assist during emergencies and manage incident information flow
  • Resolve staff issues and enforce discipline as needed
