Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior events leader to join the 3P Events & Experiences team. This role manages a portfolio, guides critical thinking, coordinates across teams, and leads planning and delivery for 3–4 high-visibility third-party events annually.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in events/marketing/strategy, with 5+ years of management experience, and strong executive communication. Bachelor's degree required; travel 4–6 times per year is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in events, marketing, or strategy at portfolio or program level.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams.
• End-to-end execution of major, high-visibility events with agencies and vendors.
• Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Set 1–2 year and quarterly strategy and planning across NVIDIA units.
• Lead planning and delivery for 3–4 key events annually from brief to on-site management and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, cross-departmental initiatives, agencies, and production teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration; represent the 3P Events & Experiences team to Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal; build senior‑level partnerships.
• Lead special projects and new initiatives across the full portfolio, driving ambiguous ideas to clear outcomes.
• Own the team operating rhythm: staff meetings, goals, quarterly business reviews, and executive reporting.
• Support Head of 3P Events & Experiences as thought partner and multiplier by handling complexity and strategic direction.
