Job summary

Seattle City Light is seeking a Senior Management Systems Analyst to provide ongoing business and systems support for customer-facing technologies within the Customer Technologies group. This role sits on the CIS Operations Team, managing core customer information systems including Oracle CCB, MSCS (metering system), and the USW Customer Portal with related interfaces and integrations.

The analyst will collaborate with teams across Seattle City Light, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), and IT,

Qualifications

Requires three years of experience in systems, operations, procedures, research or analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science or a related field (or equivalent background).
Specialized knowledge of utility business processes is preferred.
Experience with the USW Customer portal, SQL, CCB & MSCS is desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform system design and development of technology projects with considerable scope and complexity.
Identify, document and communicate business needs to Owners and Management.
Develop work plans and goals for technology projects based on priorities.
Lead end user groups in design, development, implementation and modification of systems.
