Seattle City Light, a department of the City of Seattle, is seeking a Senior Management Systems Analyst to support customer‑facing technologies within the Customer Technologies group. This role is part of the CIS Operations Team and will work across interfaces including Oracle CCB, MSCS, and the USW Customer Portal.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years in systems analysis, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience with utility business processes.

Seattle City Light is recruiting for a Senior Management Systems Analysts to provide ongoing business and systems support for customer-facing technologies within the Customer Technologies group. This position is part of the CIS Operations Team, which manages Seattle City Light's core customer information systems including Oracle CCB, MSCS (metering system), the USW Customer Portal, and all related interfaces and integrations. The analyst will report to the CIS Operations Manager and work collaboratively with teams across Seattle City Light, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), and IT. This position reports to the CIS Operations Manager.
In addition to the skills and experience mentioned below, a successful applicant will have experience that reflects a commitment to creating fair and equitable outcomes and has: Requires three years of experience in systems, operations, procedures, research or analysis and a Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science or a related field (or a combination of education, training or experience that provides an equivalent background required to perform the work of the class).

The full salary range for this position is $56.23 to $65.54 per hour.
