Job summary

Seattle City Light is seeking a People and Culture Senior Systems Administrator Analyst to lead HR system projects, shape solutions, and advance data integrity across the organization. You will drive system design, implement improvements, and coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure reliable, scalable HR technology.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in HRIS or related systems analysis, with strong communication skills and a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR system projects with scope, complexity and long-term commitments.
• Lead system user groups in design, development, implementation, and modification of systems.
• Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of management controls, communication channels, procedures and workflow.
• Devise efficient methods of accomplishing work and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with City teams to ensure data and functional integrity across projects.
• Identify, recommend, and implement reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership decisions.
• Serve as main system administrator to People and Culture systems and liaise with Seattle IT/vendor.
• Document and train users on system usage and best practices.
• Perform other duties of a comparable level/type as required.
