Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies, management reviews, and operational assessments for HUD programs or enterprise initiatives.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, decision points, and performance bottlenecks.
• Document current-state processes and develop practical future-state recommendations.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative information through reviews, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder sessions.
• Evaluate portfolio status, schedules, resources, risks, and performance trends.
• Prepare dashboards, briefing slides, and analytical reports for executives.
