Job summary

IMSolutions is seeking a Senior Executive Consultant / Deputy BPA Program Manager to support HUD’s Executive Support Services BPA. The role requires senior management consulting experience, contract operations oversight, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams while translating executive priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business/management/public policy or related discipline; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to anticipate problems and propose practical solutions.
• Strong judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive advisory services and thought leadership to HUD senior leadership.
• Direct task-order performance and coordinate contractor personnel across the BPA scope.
• Monitor quality, schedule, risks, and performance reporting; communicate with HUD leadership.
• Support staffing coordination, planning, and corrective-action management.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
