Job summary

Responsibilities

Collect information from meetings, interviews, documents, spreadsheets, project trackers, and stakeholder communications.
Analyze program, workflow, operational, and performance information to identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks, and follow-up requirements.
Document current-state processes, roles, decision points, dependencies, handoffs, risks, and procedural requirements.
Develop workflow diagrams, process narratives, meeting summaries, status reports, briefing slides, executive summaries, and supporting documentation.
Maintain project schedules, action-item logs, issue trackers, risk registers, decision logs, contact lists, and deliverable calendars.
