Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to support objectives.
• Prepare, organize, cleanse, and enter data into data management systems and formats.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and proposed solutions based on research findings and data analysis.
• Create specifications, processes, workflows, and data management documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and visual presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Monitor data quality and perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with program staff to define reporting requirements and business needs.
